Energy Healing Modalities:

Cranial Sacral Therapy: a gentle clothes-on therapy developed to ease and heal the body’s central nervous system (brain and spine) through releasing any tensions, scars, adhesions, or blocks that may exist from a specific incident, repetitive stress, emotional tension, or somatic issue. A very relaxing and meditative therapy, Cranial Sacral helps to ease back pain, spinal tension, nervousness, headaches, nightmares, hip tension, fatigue, while increasing and promoting restorative flow of the cranial sacral fluids that provide nutrients to your central nervous system and your total

bio-energetic field.

Reiki I, II, II: I have been practicing Reiki since 2000 and been astounded by its positive healing effects, simple beauty, and profound depth. I use Reiki wo help balance, clear, and empower your body’s electro-magnetic field and charkas. Reiki is a light touch, clothes on therapy that promotes the body’s natural healing systems to work optimally. Reiki is a form of energy medicine that was developed in Japan, but exist in most all cultures on earth. I work with my clients on education, attunement, self-healing, distance healing, and the nature of energy chanelling/healing.

Reiki is fabulous for fatigue and tiredness. Reiki works well for broken bones, healing emotional and energetic pains, empowering your charkas, releasing the past and creating greater creativity and lightness in your life.

Reiki Attunements:

I teach all levels of Reiki. I like to work with clients and students for 1-6 months for the most lasting transformation and cultivation. I require at least 2 days for each attunement. I can train you in self-healing and hands-on healing in Reiki I, distance healing in Reiki II, and giving Master attunements in Reiki III. Ask Me.

Polarity: is a clothes-on, light touch approach to integrate ancient Ayurvedic principles into a system of Holistic Healing. Polarity energy healing balances the 5 elements of Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Ether in the body to produce optimal wellness and vitality. Polarity is for healthy individuals interested in greater personal efficacy and rapid evolution.
